LICHTER is managed by a core team of organisators on a voluntary basis.
For many tasks regarding the preperation of the festival as well as the carrying out we need support. Whether you already worked for film and cinema does not loom large.
What matters is in the first place your enthusiasm, your ideas and your commitment. We offer the cooperation with a motivated and competent team, allow you an insight into the festival organisation, the possibility to participate in the organisation of great events, contacts and, last but not least, a very enjoyable working atmosphere.

To the areas in which we are still looking for support count the following:
technology, bar, kitchen, setup and dismantling, cine operation, organisation in the festival lounge and a lot more.
